"Wish There Was More Variety"
I was really hoping to find a bigger mix of candy, but the site feels limited. A lot of it seems like the same type of stuff repeated, so there isn’t much to explore. I think a lot of customers looking to try something new might feel the same way. It’s not terrible, just a bit disappointing if variety is what you’re after.

"Not too impressed with what's in it"
I wasn’t really happy with the ingredients, to be honest. They just come off kind of cheap, like nothing in there feels all that great or worth it. Maybe it works for some people, but for me, it’s a no...

"The candy itself is decent, so I..."
The candy itself is decent, so I wouldn’t say it’s bad. But from the size of the bags, it kind of feels like they’re charging more for the packaging or brand than the actual candy. I was expecting a little more for the price.

"Helpful for allergies, but not a total home run"
I do appreciate yumearth because when you have a kid with allergies, candy shopping can turn into this whole label-reading project, and their packaging makes it a lot easier to figure out what’s safe. The allergy-friendly options and clear labels are definitely the biggest plus for me. That said, it’s not perfect. Some of their products are still a little hard to find depending on the store, so it’s not always something I can just grab last minute. Also, my kid liked some flavors but definitely not all of them, which I guess is normal, but it means I’m not buying every variety again. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid option and I’m glad it exists, especially for families dealing with allergies, but I wouldn’t call it amazing across the board.

"Just wasn’t for me"
I really thought I was going to like these, especially from the way people talked about them like they were super fruity and fun. I guess I assumed they’d taste more like regular fruit candy, but the flavor was off to me. There’s this weird aftertaste, and overall they tasted kind of flat. Some pieces were way too sweet, while others barely had any flavor at all. I tried to give them a fair shot, but I ended up tossing most of the bag. I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Shipping took forever and nobody really helped"
I don’t know why the delivery estimate was even shown if it wasn’t going to be close. My order was supposed to arrive on the date they gave me, but it ended up being late, and the tracking barely updated, so I was just stuck checking over and over.

I reached out to customer service a few times, but the replies I got felt really generic and didn’t actually explain what was going on. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a clear update or some kind of real help.

Eventually it felt like nobody was actually looking into it, which was the most frustrating part. Delays happen, I get that, but the lack of communication made the whole experience way more annoying than it needed to be
